From a young age, Jonna has been involved in fitness in one way or another and loves how it helps keep the body and mind aligned.

She has also always had a passion for helping people feel good, whether it’s paying it forward or, volunteering and most recently, with teaching yoga. She stepped onto her mat for the very first time during a hot power yoga class in July 2016. She had no idea what to expect but left class on cloud nine and was blown away by how amazing she felt, and hasn’t looked back since.
Jonna’s background is in the financial industry, and yoga, mindfulness, and journaling has helped her relieve stress, stay focused, grounded and physically fit. Each time she steps onto her mat to take yoga it greatly helps to create the balance she needs from working in the corporate world.
In September 2024, Jonna self-published a guided journal called Begin Again: A Daily Journal. It was a labor of love and she hopes people enjoy it as much as she loved creating it.

Jonna is 500-hour Yoga Alliance teacher certified, 95-hour Yoga Alliance children’s/teens yoga certified, and has her Restorative, Chair, Connected Warriors Trauma-Conscious Yoga and CLIR teaching certificates. She is also the self-published author of Begin Again: A Daily Journal.
Through the use of yoga, breath work, meditation and now journaling, Jonna hopes to empower and help children, teens and adults gain the tools they can use to help them feel good about themselves internally and externally. She offers children, teen and adult classes, workshops, private and corporate yoga programs.
Jonna lives in the Boston area and is the mom to a 16-year-old son who is the light of her life! She enjoys travel, cooking, volunteering, all Boston sports teams, especially hockey, and spending time with family and friends.
